HOPE FOR AFRICAN COMMUNITIES (HAC)

Through community‑driven agriculture, economic empowerment, and education initiatives, the organisation strengthens the resilience of 3,000 vulnerable households, boosting food security, nutrition, and income while helping families withstand climate and economic shocks. Its programmes improve children’s learning and nutrition, expand opportunities for 3,000 women and 8,000 youth each year, and drive major gains such as higher girls’ enrolment, increased women’s entrepreneurship, and stronger youth employability. By building local capacity, improving infrastructure, and empowering women and young people, the organisation creates long‑term pathways out of poverty and supports healthier, more stable, and more self‑reliant communities.
